Shipping & Delivery

We provide delivery all over India. A flat fee of Rs.100/- is charged for shipping. We normally take 7 working days to deliver the product at your doorstep, including the processing time.It may take more than 7 days in case of delivery to remote locations.

Exchange Policy

Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen who are employed in house, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The dupattas therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

Tracking your Order

Once you have placed the order and the courier is on the way, we will send you a tracking number for your parcel via email. You can also track your order by sending us the WhatsApp on +91-9810111928 or Call us at same number for immediate resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Any requests for cancellation of orders placed should be within 24 hours by contacting smpldesigns@hotmail.com If the order has been processed or shipped, the applicable order cancellation charges will be applied.
